A cancellation must be received
in writing before it is considered effective.
The date of cancellation shall be the date the notice is received by
Oasis Excursions. Because of the
expenses associated with administering the travel program, refunds are limited
to the following:
We will require 25% of the total
cost at the time of first booking status
Another 25% of the total amount
is to be paid 4 months prior to the arrival
Balance 50% of the total amount
is to be paid 3 months prior to the arrival
If the tour itself is booked
less than 3 months prior to arrival then the terms will be 50 % at the time of booking and
balance 45 days prior to arrival.
If the tour is booked less than
one month prior to arrival then full 100 % advance payment is required.
Cancellation Terms
After receipt of payment if the
tour is cancelled 120 days or less before the start of the tour 25% of the
total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges
If the tour is cancelled within
119-90 Day of the start of the tour:
50% of the total tour cost will
be charged as Cancellation Charges
If the tour is cancelled within
89-60 Day of the start of the tour:
60% of the total tour cost will
be charged as Cancellation Charges
If the tour is cancelled within
59-30 Day of the start of the tour:
75% of the total tour cost will
be charged as Cancellation Charges
If the tour is cancelled within
30 Days of the start of the tour:
90% of the total tour cost will
be charged as Cancellation Charges
The above cancellation penalties
are in addition to any airline cancellation penalties, to be determined by the
airline.
Insurance: We
strongly urge you to purchase Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance to cover
your investment before you make the final payment. We also believe that accident and illness
medical coverage are beneficial.
